The upcoming Pokémon Trading Card Game expansion, Scarlet & Violet: Destined Rivals, arrives on May 30th, 2025.
Before the expansion officially lands, let's all Play in a Pokémon TCG Prerelease tournament, this will allow you the player to receive and play with cards from the NEW Pokémon expansion up to two weeks before the set's official release date!
Scarlet & Violet-Destined Rivals will see the return of the popular Trainer's Pokémon mechanic, but with a twist, introducing the infamous Team Rocket - a villainous organization in the Pokémon world - into the mix. Players can choose their allegiance by joining forces with heroic duos like Ethan and Ho-Oh ex or Cynthia and Garchomp ex, or they can embrace mischievous adventure by teaming up with Team Rocket and their Pokémon, such as Mewtwo ex, under Giovanni's command.
On-Site Registration $30.00 - Pre-register $25.00 (Save $5)
Dates: May 17th, 18th, & 24th (May 25th only available depending on remaining supplies)
Afternoon (1pm)
- Registration/Check-in ( 12:00PM - 12:30PM )
- Deck Building from 12:30PM to 1:00PM
- 1st round begins at 1:00PM
Late Afternoon (4pm)
- Registration/Check-in ( 3:00PM - 3:30PM )
- Deck Building from 3:30PM to 4:00PM
- 1st round begins at 4:00PM
** Prerelease Format! **
Players will receive the following to build their Prerelease deck.
- One Scarlet & Violet: Destined Rivals Prerelease Build and Battle Box containing the following:
- A 40-card ready-to-play deck
- 1 of 4 alternate-art promo cards
- 4 booster packs
- 1 deck-building tip sheet
- Energy will be available for deck construction.
After completing the event, players will receive 3 additional Scarlet & Violet: Destined Rivals Booster Packs.
Pokémon Player ID is required! (if you don't have a player ID, one will be provided for you).
