The upcoming Pokémon Trading Card Game expansion, Mega Evolution, arrives on September 26th, 2025.
Before the expansion officially lands, let's all Play in a Pokémon TCG Prerelease tournament, this will allow you the player to receive and play with cards from the NEW Pokémon expansion up to two weeks before the set's official release date!
Though powerful and equipped with increased HP and attack damage compared to regular Pokémon ex, Mega Evolution Pokémon ex will give up three Prize cards when Knocked Out. In addition, Mega Evolution Pokémon ex appear as Basic Pokémon, Stage 1 Pokémon or Stage 2 Pokémon and do not require an extra Evolution step (for example, Mega Lucario ex evolves from Riolu, rather than from Lucario).

- Registration/Check-in ( 12:00PM - 12:30PM )
- Deck Building from 12:30PM to 1:00PM
- 1st round begins at 1:00PM
Late Afternoon (4pm)
- Registration/Check-in ( 3:00PM - 3:30PM )
- Deck Building from 3:30PM to 4:00PM
- 1st round begins at 4:00PM
** Prerelease Format! **
Players will receive the following to build their Prerelease deck.
- One Mega Evolution Prerelease Build and Battle Box containing the following:
- A 40-card ready-to-play deck
- 1 of 4 alternate-art promo cards
- 4 booster packs
- 1 deck-building tip sheet
- Energy will be available for deck construction.
After completing the event, players will receive 3 additional Mega Evolution Booster Packs.
Pokémon Player ID is required! (if you don't have a player ID, one will be provided for you).
